This service allows you to electronically submit a new VSC Claim request. Please be sure to specifically state the customers’ complaint, the diagnosed cause of failure and then correction required to repair the vehicle. All part names and numbers are required on the claim submission.
Once the submission is received, a Claims Adjuster will review the claim and contact you with the outcome.
Start New GAP Benefit Request
This service allows you to electronically submit a new GAP benefit request in the event that the Primary Insurance Company deemed the covered vehicle a total loss.
This service allows you to electronically attach documents to an existing GAP benefit request, eliminating the need to fax or mail paper documents.
